Podniky tak pomoc\u00ed benchmarkingu mohou porozum\u011bt sv\u00fdm siln\u00fdm a slab\u00fdm str\u00e1nk\u00e1m a stanovit c\u00edle a strategie, kter\u00e9 povedou ke zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed jejich konkurenceschopnosti. C\u00edlem je dos\u00e1hnout lep\u0161\u00edch v\u00fdkon\u016f ve vlastn\u00ed organizaci.
